Terms of use

These terms cover using this website and buying from it. What you may do with a plugin once you own it is covered separately by the licence agreement, and getting your money back is covered by the refund policy.

Your account

You need an account to buy, because that is where your licence keys and your downloads live.

Give a real email address. It is the only way we can send you a licence key, tell you an update is out, or reach you about an order. An address you cannot receive mail at will cost you the thing you paid for.

Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

One account per customer. If you run several exchanges, that is fine — buy a licence per domain under the one account, and they will all sit together in it.

Buying

Prices are in US dollars and are shown on each product page, along with how many domains the licence covers and how long updates and support run.

A purchase is complete when payment clears and we issue you a licence key. Until then, an order is just an order.

Payment is handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details — they go straight to the provider, and what comes back to us is confirmation that a payment happened.

We may change prices whenever we like, but never retroactively. What you paid is what you paid.

Downloads

Download links are single use and expire quickly. That is deliberate: a link that stays valid is a link that gets shared.

You can always issue a fresh one from your account, for as long as your updates period runs, and after it ends you can still re-download the last version you were entitled to. Paying for something and then losing access to the file is not a thing we do.

Custom commissions

You can ask us to build something specific. Describe it and we will come back with a fixed quote, usually within a few working days.

Nothing is charged until you accept a quote. If you accept, the work is built to that scope, delivered as a private plugin in your account with its own licence, installer and uninstaller, and is not refundable once started — see the refund policy.

If you ask for exclusivity, and we agree to it in the quote, we will not sell that work to anyone else. Without that in writing, we may later offer it in the catalogue.

We will not take a commission to build something that breaks another site, misleads members about what they are earning, or manufactures traffic that is not real.

Using this site

Do not attack the site, try to break into accounts that are not yours, scrape it wholesale, or use it to distribute anything harmful. Do not resell access to it.

We may suspend an account that does any of that, or that runs up licence activations in a pattern that clearly is not one customer with one exchange.

Availability

We try to keep the site up and we do not promise that it always will be.

This matters less than it usually does. The site being down cannot stop a plugin you have already installed from running — that is a design rule, and it is written into the licence agreement. If we are offline you may be unable to buy, download or activate for a while. Your exchange keeps serving.

Our content

The text, design and code of this site are ours. The plugins are ours, licensed to you under the licence agreement.

You are welcome to quote us, link to us, or tell people what you think of the software, favourably or not.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will say so on the site rather than quietly swapping the text. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Changes to these terms never alter the licence agreement that applied to a plugin you already bought.

If something goes wrong

If you have a problem, write to us first. Most things are a misunderstanding or a bug, and both are quicker to fix by email than any other way.

Our liability in connection with this site and anything bought through it is limited as set out in the licence agreement.
